Refund policy

We want to make returning items as easy and simple as possible. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund/exchange. Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original condition - this means unwashed and unworn (for extended period of time - items are allowed to be tried on pets, to see sizing etc). We reserve the right to refuse your return if it arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.
